South Florida · New Build Cabinetry

New home. Empty rooms.
Let's finish them properly.

New construction gives you the rare opportunity to do it right from the beginning. Custom built-ins designed for your new home before a single piece of furniture arrives.

The Opportunity

A blank canvas is the best
time to get it right.

Most people move into a new home and spend months — sometimes years — figuring out the storage. They buy temporary solutions that never quite work, move things around, and eventually realise they should have planned it from the start.

Working with us during or just after construction means empty walls and rooms we can design around your actual life — before the clutter starts. It's the most efficient, most cost-effective way to get built-ins, and the results are seamless in a way that retrofitting rarely achieves.

What We Build For New Homes

Every room. Done right.

Complete wardrobe systems

Every bedroom fitted with a proper wardrobe system — master walk-in, guest room storage, children's room organisers. All designed together as one cohesive scheme.

Entryway & utility rooms

First impressions and daily function — designed together. An entryway system and utility storage built before the family moves in.

Home office & study

If the new home has a dedicated office room, we fit it properly from day one — desk, shelving, storage, and cable management built in.

Pantry & kitchen storage

A proper pantry built before the kitchen fills up. Organised from day one instead of retrofitted years later.

Common Questions

New build built-ins — answered

Either works, but before is better. If you contact us before move-in, we can visit the empty space, take measurements without moving furniture, and often deliver faster. If you've already moved in, we work around your furniture — it just takes a bit more coordination.

Yes — we're experienced working alongside construction teams and can coordinate timing so built-ins are installed at the right stage of your fit-out.

Yes, and we'd recommend it. Doing multiple rooms together means one site visit, one design process, and often better pricing. We design all rooms as a cohesive scheme so finishes and hardware are consistent throughout.

Sometimes — it depends on your builder and contract. We can provide a quote that you use in builder negotiations, or we work independently after handover. Either way, we're flexible on timing.

As soon as you have a move-in date, reach out. Our schedule fills up and new build projects often require more lead time for design coordination. Earlier is always better.

Plan Built-Ins Before the Drywall Closes

The best time to design built-in cabinetry is while your home is still being built. At the construction stage we can plan exact niches, coordinate electrical runs for integrated LED lighting, and design storage into the architecture instead of onto it. We work directly with your builder, architect or interior designer so the built-ins arrive as part of the home — not as an afterthought.
